Kudos to Rand Paul for having the "equipment" to call out Ted Nugent. I rarely agree with Paul. This time I will send a note of recognition and support.

I fear that Paul's strategy is to try to be the least looney of a looney bunch and in that way, to try to pick up low information voters.

On the other hand, he is the most vocal proponent of the punish Hillary for Bill's mistakes crowd.

As for Nugent, he's a loud-mouthed narcissistic idiotic piece of shit and why anyone listens to or cares about anything he has to say is beyond me.

Hell, even Rick Perry pulled back from Ted Nugent's nonsense. Greg Abbot's choice of Ted Nugent as a fellow-traveler in political appearances is really really scary.

Jack, please show some class. His name is Senator Rand Paul. Haven't you been lecturing the great unwashed for months about our disrespect for President Obama? Or is that just your lecture--talk the talk but you don't have to walk the walk?

Rand Paul is a fuckwit, but even fuckwits will do something intelligent now and then. When someone is outrageously stupid as is Nugent, it seldom takes a bright light to show people where the darkness was when even a dim light will suffice for the demonstration.
