Looking at discussion of a Phil Ochs' song "When I'm Gone", I read that Bob Blue wrote a response called "While I'm Here". I haven't been able to find Bob Blue's lyrics.

I asked about the Bob Blue version, "While I'm Here" on discussion threads re the Phil Ochs song, but discussion reverted back to Phil Ochs without anyone offering Bob Blue's lyrics. So I've started a new discussion thread and hope someone can help.

Good luck. If you really need these lyrics you could purchase the album, "The Best of Bob Blue" from what appears to be his still extant web site. Failing that, you might try to contact Paul Kaplan at the Sumner School in Springfield, Ma.

Please disregard what I said regarding Paul Kaplan in my previous posting. Perhaps you could reach him on Facebook, since he did record the song in question.
