One of Nixons former aid told Cnn, we knew we could not make being black or being against the war illegal, so we heavily criminalize pot to target those groups...

Oh, yes, that's our 'arry. But, that bullsh#t from a misinformed and ill-educated dolt is funny à la Reefer Madness b/w from 1936, an 'arry J Anslinger propaganda piece. It was worth the price of admission, and back in the day one could seldom leave the movie theater without at least a small 'buzz on' because the smoke at times was heavy enough to make a fog bank between the viewer and the screen.
