BS: Help finding a thread

Looking for a thread started by Kat several years ago that I can't seem to find the correct search terms for. It was a story challenge to write a short story using, if I remember correctly, 25 words or less. Maybe the word limit was higher but was still quite short.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks DaveRo, but no, not that one. It was a later thread and it was started by Kat. 2007 or later. I think she had entered a writing contest and as an aside offered a similar challenge here on Mudcat.

And now, it seems the search feature has gone on the blink, which was not happening earlier. Getting 500 internal server error message.

Appreciate the help from each of you. The search lead me to not only the threads you posted but to many other story threads we had on Mudcat over the years. Was a lovely look back.
