Hard to believe but here we are 5 years down the road from that near fatal injury. Life is still a bit complicated but we journey on. We are in the process of making some life changing decisions culminating in a move over to Ireland where we are hoping to spend our sunset years looking out over the Atlantic from a coastal property in Cork or Kerry. I look back with both sadness and gratitude at the posts I made and received 5 years ago. It still seems unreal.

Both West Cork and the Dingle Peninsula are wonderful places to sit and watch the waves.

Hi y'all. Just looked back over the posts from everyone over the past 5 years. Get tearful just looking and remembering the support I got from this forum. A year or so back I read the posts and responses to Sassy. Her reaction ..... "oh was it really that bad"

keberoxu, I haven't as yet made it out to Massachusetts, however it remains on the bucket list. It transpires that I may be related to Skipper Ireson .....

I do lurk on the cat occasionally but am making the mid-year resolution to get more involved.
