BS: The election results show

Subject: RE: BS: The election results show From: Donuel Date: 10 Nov 16 - 08:21 PM It will be a couple weeks before some of this is set in stone. I heard on npr that democrats crossed over to Trump way more than republicans crossed to Clinton. Mr. Red said "Trump is already impeached, in hair color". |
Subject: RE: BS: The election results show From: Bill D Date: 10 Nov 16 - 08:24 PM I stated months ago that Trump wants the position of president, not the job. He **IS** incompetent to deal with the fine points of the office, so he will delegate to people like *gasp* Steve Bannon, Kris Kobach of Kansas (who has been writing most of the anti-immigration legislation), his VP Pence *yuck*, Rudy Giuliani, disgraced Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and other semi-'experienced' hatchet men to do the dirty work.(and then he can blame them if things go wrong). Now Trump needs to negotiate the looming minefield of placing his interests in 500 companies in a "blind trust" .... one which is NOT run by his family! You can bet he will not like the idea of not knowing how his money is doing.... but there are laws that even he cannot avoid. I can already envision him not even trying to run for a 2nd term. |

Very good point BillD - that aspect of things I'd completely forgotten about. IIRC didn't Chaney have to do that even before he accepted the nomination to run as VP? He also relocated back to Wyoming before the accepting the nomination so that it was possible for voters in Texas to vote for a Bush/Chaney ticket. |
