It's Galician, not Spanish (Castillian) and the lyrics are nowhere on the web.

Monique -- I meant that I was trying to translate Galician with my Spanish and it was not working. I've got native-Spanish speaking friends who have translated as much as they could, but there are definitely some unique words.

Still looking for a Galician speaker...

I've done more searches this morning to no avail, even with pieces of the lyrics I can understand (Galician is somewhere in between Spanish and Portuguese). The song begins with "Navegarei ao fin do mar [? verb in future tense, sounds more or less like "abrigarei"] unha travesía, a favor do vento, contra o vento, navegando vivirei, [?] marineiro é (?] meu corazón... [...] este corazón marino quere chegar ao final..." This should normally be enough to find any lyrics that would include this words. It's not.

Thanks, Joe and Monique. I've sent him email and on his FB page - to no avail. I know he WAS touring before pandemic - mostly with arlos Nunes.

I have much of the lyrics transcribed by an Ecuadorian friend, but as you say, Galician is a mix of 2 languages and not simple. But maybe these will help.

You may have more success seeking help from Portuguese speakers as Galician is not ‘a mix of 2 languages’, it is a sister language to Portuguese, both languages descended from Medieval Portuguese.
