A final prediction: There comes a breaking point for all living entities. Democracy is a living entity. When the Press is stong so is democracy.
When the professional Press - not the media - is weak or loses its freedom, democracy dies a little each day until it has no days left.
I predict that our polarized tribalism will bind up its wounds, with malice to none with a free press. We may not have a Murrow or Chronkite anymore but I see a new breed able to bypass calls for a civil war and put forward a truth America will say in a United way, Thank You.

The 'thank you' will not be an end to the cuture wars but it will place Trump in his rightful place in history as a warning and a faith in our Constitution and truly great people.

The Republicans have not forward a candidate that struck you as having above average intelligence since Eisenhower...and yet people have voted for them.
