I've enjoyed the show.
The singer's identity is only revealed when they get eliminated. As it was the first episode of the new season, Giuliani got eliminated pretty fast.
The walking off in protest thing is a message that the producers (?) went too far. I think they did. Giuliani on the show is something that would get me to stop watching it. It was such a huge misjudgment, faux pas, or whatever.

The pundits are reading this as Fox's attempt to re-habilitate him. It was a politically motivated move. Think - who are the target audience?

I do want to watch him it? they? if only to test my ability to keep my food down. In fact, I think I'll save it for diet encouragement.

But, how is the singing done? Do the contestants really sing? Do they have a microphone in there? Are they allowed to use autotune? Inquring minds wish they weren't so inquiring. There really ARE things we are not meant to know.

I typically don't watch if only to avoid what Ms. McCarhy already does to my digestive system.

I bought one as a present for my Hubby but when it arrived in the mail I liked it so much that I kept it for myself.

On a UK TV show called Adam Hills: The Last Leg one of the presenters commented that Giuliani's face already looks like a hideous mask, and they showed the now-famous image of him with the hair dye running down his face.
