If you ever go to Disneyland the employees there are often on food stamps and sleep in their cars. It's been that way for decades. The American dream is always a wish away among wage slaves. It's a struggle out there, and that's no fantasy.

It's the same for Walmart employees. The Federal government subsidizes Walmart by making SNAP benefits available to their poverty-line employees.

Fascism, authoritarianism, nationalism (including racial nationalism), hierarchy and elitism, and militarism - DO NOT DELIVER A LIVABLE WAGE. In fact slavery is one of its advantages for the fascist ruling class.
Super capitalism does about the same but a democracy allows a chance for people to choose and elect a better solution.

Between devaluation, inflation, energy costs, and nuclear standoffs the poverty line will be closer than you think by this time next year.

Workers in Jackson, Wyoming camp out or live miles away because they can’t afford ANY room there. Also true of the Sun Valley area.
