Subject: RE: How many Mudcatters have heads? From: Bill D Date: 16 Aug 00 - 01:15 PM so there was this guy who led an expedition to the Amazon to do find and do research on the social and cultural life of the Jivaro Indians....including sanitation. It turned out that since outsiders had been around, the chief had become enamoured of 'private' facilities, and now had multiple outhouses(privys...) one of which, being elaborately done, was his favorite...which he decorated with the shrunken heads of his enemies..................... anyway to make a VERY long story short, this is all about the head headhunter hunter's treatise on the head headhunter's head head heads... (several friends & I once worked this up to two or three paragraphs) |

Subject: RE: How many Mudcatters have heads? From: Midchuck Date: 16 Aug 00 - 02:29 PM You are all, I assume, familiar with Utah Phillips' old joke? Indian (Native American) enlists in the Navy and gets trained as an electrician. When he gets out, he comes home and runs electric lighting into all the tribe's outhouses. He was the first Indian ever to wire a head for a reservation. Peter. |
