Subject: HELP: cheap airfare From: AggieBethie Date: 04 Feb 01 - 10:45 PM Hi, I need help with something. I am flying from Dallas, Texas, to Hartford, CT and I'm trying to find a cheap flight (I am a starving college student afterall :-) I was just wondering if any of you knew a good site. Thank you. ~Bethany~ |

Subject: RE: HELP: cheap airfare From: annamill Date: 05 Feb 01 - 10:58 AM I've used cheaptickets.com and a friend used priceline.com and got round trip to Cali for 295$. He out there now. Pretty good. Love, annamill |
Subject: RE: HELP: cheap airfare From: Burke Date: 05 Feb 01 - 11:17 AM Check nearby airports. I've heard Providence can be lots cheaper than other New England airports. Just make sure the train or bus that gets you to New Hartford doesn't use up everything you save on the airfare. |

Subject: RE: HELP: cheap airfare From: Max Date: 05 Feb 01 - 03:56 PM I always find the best fairs at thetrip.com. I always compare it with priceline.com, cheaptickets.com and the airline sites. Make sure to fiddle with departure times and dates a little to see if you can get better prices. They have the weirdest of reasons to alter the prices. |
