I, too, seem to remember Kendall singing this song, most recently at our sea songs gathering at the China Trading Company in Portland, like some recurring nightmare.

Kendall's in Florida right now. It may be a while before he sees your PM. Lucky guy - we are looking at an incoming blizzard with the potential for 1 1/2 feet of snow!!!!! I saw the Captain sing this at a party with a bunch of kids ranging from maybe 10 and up. They were so funny laughing at him and the looking sheepishly at their mothers to see if it was OK. Kendall does it with such an impish grin, it's hilarious.

The correct title is "Trucker's Lament: I Just Don't Look Good Naked Anymore." It was written by Dick Feller & Sheb Wooley, and recorded by Sheb Wooley. It is included on the compilation "Kickin' Asphalt," Music Mill CD #70014, 1999.

It is also on the only Dick Feller CD (as far as I am aware) titled 'Centaur of Attention' Cyberphonic/Hendersonville TN no #. This CD was somewhat of a disappointment for me because it has re-recordings of Feller's novelty stuff only and none of his astute or poignant songs like 'Cry for Lori', 'No Word on Me', 'Just Short of the Line', 'Sum of Marcie's Blues' etc. A real pity. However, there is a reprise of his excellent 'Lord Mr Ford' and a 'New Credit Card Song'.
