Does anyone know who the melodeon player was in an episode of Poldark? It was set in 1796 (before the melodeon was invented) and he was playing Jenny Lind (Before the song was written) Just interested

I'm willing to bet the player wasn't around in 1796, either. Bloody BBC.

Reminds me of nasty Christopher Biggins being dragged to his death by a bolting horse; only his starboard foot was in the port stirrup.

The series alluded to lashings of sex, and that hadn't been invented by 1796, either.
