This is a continuation of the thread headed "Ani Di Franco song censored" which was getting a wee bit long to load. Here is the first part

I changed the title because the topic's seems to have moved in a bit. (And Ani Di Franco isn't such a well known singer outside the States as she seems to be inside them.)

Hi McGrath, I don't think she is really all that big here. But an American Folk fan might know her,

I first heard her less than a year ago on a Woody Guthrie tribute album called "Til we Outnumber 'em". (I bought the album because Billy Bragg and Bruce Springsteen are on it) She seems to be copying Woody's penchant for trying to stir things up.
