I am with you, Noreen. Quite a hearthrob there. I do like pretty little boys...SIGH. Found an interesting picture of another pretty little boy - Sandy Paton circa 1955. Oh my gosh! Too bad. I would look silly as a Sam groupie and sillier as a Sandy groupie. Life just isn't fair.

Naemanson, the two weapons look ike a Kentucky longrifle and a Remington pistol. Both black powder percussion cap variety...Am I close?

The pistol is a replica Remington New Model Army .44 Caliber. The rifle is a custom replica of a kentucky long rifle, also .44 caliber. My father built the rifle for my birthday about 10 years ago. He builds four or five rifles and pistols over the course of a year. He says he never worked this hard before he retired. Of course, he usually says this from his recliner just before his afternoon nap....
