The former Spanish author's rights law applies = author's life +80. It's why Gomis' music isn't free. (Cf. Wiki and there at the bottom it reads that when the law changed, if "the author has died but 80 years haven't elapsed since his death, the heirs can enjoy the 80 years term till it's elapsed.") |
