Subject: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: bill\sables Date: 23 Feb 02 - 03:41 PM I have had a few enquiries lately for patches and tee shirts. I do have a supply of patches and shirts for sale for UK catters from Dick Greenhaus. The patches are about 2" round with the mudcat fish and banjo logo in full colour at £3-50. Shirts are blue like the one worn by Max in the qiick links. They are in sizes XXXL, XXL, XL, L, M, S, and cost £12. I also have a few copies of the new 2002 mudcat calendar along with the 2001 calendar and a copy of the Digitrad all on CD at a cost of £10. All profits from these sales go to keep Mudcat running, so if you want to look good at this years festivals and help Mudcat to carry on just drop me a PM and I will give you details of purchase. Cheers Bill |

Subject: RE: BS: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: Rt Revd Sir jOhn from Hull Date: 24 Feb 02 - 10:33 AM I did wash it, but it still smells of curry, I spilled my supper on it as well and it has got curry stanes on it.So I will buy a new one. |
Subject: RE: BS: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: SINSULL Date: 24 Feb 02 - 11:52 AM John...You have to treat those stains with a stain remover before you wash the shirt. Is "Shout" available in the UK? Too late now. Once you wash and dry it, the stains are permanent. As to the smell, try a few drops of anise oil in the wash next time. (Batgoddess's cure-all). And consider a wife or a cleaning lady...maybe not. It is cheaper and less grief simply to replace the shirt. |
Subject: RE: BS: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: bill\sables Date: 24 Feb 02 - 12:19 PM Don't give the bugger any ideas about washing. I'm going to sell him a new shirt. Mudcat needs his money. Bill |
Subject: RE: BS: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: Sorcha Date: 24 Feb 02 - 05:27 PM Uh, Sinner (and others)--Believe me, John needs a new T shirt. One of the ingredients of curry is tumeric and it STAINS big time. Another is fenugreek and it has an odour!! It usually takes about a week for the "curry smell" to leave the house after I cook it even with the vent fan on. Besides, like Bill says, Max and Dick could use the sale. |

Subject: RE: BS: Tee Shirts and Patches in UK From: dick greenhaus Date: 10 Jun 03 - 11:49 AM Aw c'mon. folks. Every color that I must stock involves six new piles of T-shirt, and I've run out of room. If you really want a particular color (with the same light-blue printing) let me know size and quantity, and I'll include it in my next order to the printer. I can't just order one or two; set-up charges become ludicrously high. |
