Subject: Lee Hays and Cisco Houston tapes?? From: Art Thieme Date: 06 Apr 98 - 03:41 PM Cisco Houston was a mentor-from-afar for me back in the late 1950s. Before he died in 1961 he sat down with Lee Hays (the Weavers) and they talked and talked (and probably sang too) into a tape recorder. As far as I know those were never issued commercially. I sure would love to find those and hear'em! DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE TAPES? Art Thieme |
