Going to Eire on 10/05/03 for a weeks hols, Any festivals/clubs/sessions in the Bray,
Ennis, Kerry, Killarney, Cork areas? I can't seem to find a web site!

In Cork city, you might also want to check out the Lobby Bar.
Not really for sessions, but for small concerts (they charge you!).
Some very good gigs there.

Yes we will be travelling a good deal, we are taking my missus's
parents on a whistle stop tour for them to go back to their roots!
whereas i'm taking my instruments for a jolly good busk/play.

There were (are?) sessions in the Sin é pub on Coburg Street on ... Sundays and Tuesdays, I think. There are also a couple of good shops (CDs, instruments) in McCurtain Street, which is kind of the same street but changes it's name at the intersection with Patrick Street / St. Patrick's Hill.

There are great sessions in Ennis every night of the week, just
ask in Custy's music shop for whats on each night.

If you are in Clonakilty (on past Cork)
there is a session every night in "The small House", they welcome people joining in!

Also seen on TV as advert tonight - a mussel festival in West Cork this weekend ! Any festival bound to bring out music.
