cross posted there. The Eva Cassidy is the same as the Sting is what I meant. The one at Levy looks interesting though its very difficult to make the words out in places.

Mary Black and several other singers who sing a fair amount of "traditional" material also sing this...and yes it really does have a traditional sound to the melody and lyrics.

Agreed Bonnie!! Trouble is that in UK they have put Eva's version on an advert on TV so we hear the first two lines over and over again. Then again, look what that did for Bobbie Vinton.
