I like those real names that you come across occassionally that sound like someone famous and that usually belong to someone bordering on strange.

A kid from my childhood.......Mickey Splane. Poor Mickey couldn't have been further from his (almost) namesake Mickey Spillane, a name which conjured up images of tough, smart-mouthed, gun carrying P.I.'s.
No, my Mickey was boss-eyed with a speech impediment and some behavioral problems.

A couple of names I have come across at work.......Vera Flynn and Nora Leytion(Lay-shun) make me smile.
