I've heard many of these that poke fun at various countries. Although this could easily turn offensive, which is not what I would want, some seem harmless to me. These would include: American Rules of Etiquette, French Military Strategies, Great Moments in British Cuisine, [Fill in the Blank] Table Manners, etc. And how about Banjo Players Who Belong to Mensa? The Wit and Wisdom of Dick Cheney?
