Does anyone know the source of the quote? Who coined it?

Sounds like something Dr. Ruth Westheimer would say, but I could be wrong. Maybe it's Dr. Joyce Brothers.

I thought this thread was going to be about the biggest keyboard instrument with pipes or reeds.

Actually, the skin is the largest organ. Largest sex organ? Maybe. You'd have a hell of a time enjoying yourself without it.

Actually, I never heard that expression. I think it applies more to women because most men don't need a brain to have sex.

Re-check post. Skin may weigh more than brain, but brain can get you off without skin - not so skin/brain.

I don't believe you can attribute nocturnal emissions to the brain. It's the prostate gland that's overcharged, so to speak, and is uncomfortable, and dumps.

The brain's contribution is in its effort to keep you asleep, building the received sensations into a dream so that you don't get switched into conscious thought about what you're feeling, and thus have to wake up. It's similar to full-bladder dreams, dealing with water in various forms, or even more particularly with urination, and the dreams keep you asleep, at least for a period of time.
