Can anyone PLEASE help me? My boss is trying to remember the name and artist of a 1960s/70s (rock?) song that talks about a guy on a date with a girl. In the song, the couple keeps driving around town because he can't get her seat belt loose. THANK YOU!!

It was Chuck Berry's No Particular Place to Go. I can't remember the year but it was sometime in the sixties:
