When I first suggested the idea it was with the concept that when a gift was unwrapped the SS would be revealed...

Every other MB where I've seen 'em run have revealed 'em, and it's been great fun!

So I'd say, reveal 'em!

I particularly enjoyed the behind the scenes scramble to pull Amos's fat out of the fire after he SIGNED his anonymous post early in the game. Did Rock Chick see this mistake before Joe edited out the conspicuous A?

I once gave an extra prize on a MB to whoever could figure out HOW I was organising the SS... one year it was alphabetical... another year it was in order of how people signed up...   Another one I heard was arranged by the date you signed up.... I can't honesly say that any MB SS that I've run elsewhere has been truely random...

A spread sheet? Holy hi-tech Batman!

The Mudcat Secret Santa exchange is the ONE case of which I don't object to the "Christmas" season being spread out - given the logistics it *HAS* to be - and it gives a great deal of enjoyment.

Sometimes extending the season by several years. MMario, I think I still need to claim the promised lilies! (and mid-winter ain't the time to do it!)

If I do the trek to Milwaukee again end of May-beginning of June, maybe The Cuz and I'll stop by around midnight (or about 4 a.m. on the return trip) . . .
