Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Garden of Eden From: GUEST,Tunesmith Date: 01 Apr 04 - 02:47 AM For our American friends, Frankie Vaughan was a popular singer in the 50s/early 60s. He's dead now, unfortunately. He did make one Hollywood film with Marilyn Monroe. "Garden of Eden" was an orginal U.S. hit that Frankie covered - I think. |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Garden of Eden From: M.Ted Date: 02 Apr 04 - 12:08 AM The US hit, from 1956, was performed by my old pal from South Philly, Joe Valino--I believe that his version also charted in the UK--I think the song was written by Dennise Norwood-- |
