Subject: 9-11 Was Not Bush's Fault In Any Way From: GUEST,AD Date: 16 Apr 04 - 09:19 PM Hello to all. Hopefully I'm not intruding. Please allow me to share. It is sad that some people in this country refuse to gracefully knuckle under to everything Our Great President says & instead insist upon asking questions. Instead of celebrating, these people irrationally & illogically complain about George W. Bush. They complain about George W. Bush because he was business partners with the Bin Laden family, although that was years ago. They complain about George W. Bush because his father put Osama Bin Laden in the terrorism business, although that was against the Russians & had nothing to do with anything else. They complain about George W. Bush because he sat reading 'The Hungry Ugly Caterpillar' to kids all that morning instead of doing something about the attacks. But did they want the kids to not know the end of the story? He is not the educationalistic president for nothing, you know. They complain about George W. Bush because he let the Bin Laden family members fly back to Saudi Arabia before law enforcement people could catch them for 9-11. But that is just good diplomacy with our good friend & ally Saudi Arabia. What else do these ugly Americans complain about? They complain about George W. Bush because he went to Nebraska on the day of the attacks & disappeared for hours. However, he wasn't hiding because he was afraid, but only to be safe. And yes, the story about him personally being a target turned out to be another lie, but it could have been true & that is almost as good. They complain about George W. Bush because he didn't do anything when he got those warning memos in August of 2001 except cover them up, which was the sensible thing to do. Besides, it's not as if they told him exactly what was going to happen. They complain about George W. Bush & they complain about George W. Bush, but the real truth is, they would complain about whatever George W. Bush does, & not because he is corrupt, or incompetent, or a drunk. It is because he is a real American who is beloved by little people & millionaires alike. We good Americans need not remember all these things to blame George W. Bush for & refrain from asking questions on what Our Great President knew about possible terrorist attacks before September 11. Such action is not only unreasonable & irresponsible, it's totally unpatriotic, too! The terrorist attacks of 9-11 could not be prevented. MIDI UNPREVENTABLE {Sung to 'Unforgettable' by Nat King Cole & Natalie Cole} {As Sung By Dubya Bush & Condi Rice} Condi: Unpreventable, terror attacks Dubya: Unpreventable, it's not my fault Condi: Al-Qaeda's plan was greek to me Like a laundry list, was the PDB Historical info, there's nothing new! Condi: Unpreventable, in every way Dubya: And forever more, that's what she'll say Dubya: That's why, it's unforeseeable If something was unpreventable Condi: 9-11's so unpredictable, too! *Essay by Bob Boudelang, http://www.democraticunderground.com/bob/02/p/56.html. |

If found guilty, we should give them to the Iraquis or send them to one of those deluxe prisons in Syria where they seem to like holding anyone they like for as long as they like. Maybe they would be able to confirm for us that no torture is used. |

Subject: RE: 9-11 Was Not Bush's Fault In Any Way From: GUEST,Guest Date: 19 Apr 04 - 11:08 PM Going back to reading. When asked to list his first favorite book, Bush put 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' at the very top of his list. The thing is, 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' was not published until 1969, a year after W. had graduated from Yale. So I guess those who say that Bush hasn't cracked a book since college aren't giving him enough credit. |
