The Phatt-B'Stards (Juan & Fredo) are appearing this weekend in East Kent.

This Good-time Band are at The Wrotham Arms in Broadstairs on Saturday 18th Sept at 8.30pm (a special 'gig to celebrate Juan's youngest daughter Chiki attaining her 16th B'day)

On Sunday afternoon they will be at Churchills Tavern in Ramsgate from 3.00PM

Two of the cheekiest people ever to grace a pub floor (or is that 'grease' a pub floor)

There are actually four Phatt-B'Stards - Juan, Fredo, Finn & Phläm but Juan & Fredo are really the mainstay of the family band.

Finn occasionally forays in from Helsinki but Phläm is virtually retired having met a lady with her own micro-brewery and tocacco plantation on the outskirts of Dilbeek in Belgium.

You should visit their website http://www.phatts.co.uk where the whole sordid story is laid out.

Hey! Leadfingers - Nice to see you still breathing Terry! Shall you be at Staines FC on 20th September??

Phatt Bastards started at Broadstairs when one of the Pub venues had three different chaps booked to perform seperately - They did the gig as a scratch trio and afterwards the Landlord phoned the Festival Organisers and said 'Could he have the three Fat Bastards back next year as it was such a good night . If you dont know WHO they are , try and catch one of their gigs to fund out - They are ALL well worth seeing .

If I had a plum, it might have a nom, but this would require some partial gender reassignment.

Anyway, the Herga folk club area is not conveniently situated for East Kent gigs, and it's Tom Gilmour's 60th birthday do in London this weekend, so I hope you all have a good time in Broadstairs, Ramsgate, and all along the south coast!

Hasta

Kitty
