Yeah, but I can't remember when or where I learned it. Probably mid '70s. Just the one stanza. It ends, "This land belongs to only me."

Down here in the Antipodes, I remember only a one-verse parody (often in conjuction with one-verse parodies of other "Western" songs):

Martin Mull used to perform a song based on This Land is Your Land. He couldn't record it because of objections from the Guthrie estate. The verses were spoken, and the chorus sung to the tune of This Land. Here's what I remember of it.

Chorus:
This land ain't your land
This land is my land
From the New York Yankees
To Lebanon Long Island
From the Gulf Stream golf course
To the U.S. Air Force
This land was made for guys like me.

Verse 1:
I'm about as groovy as a John Wayne movie
...

Verse 2:
Now the hippies they are quiet

To complete the information for Kendall, it appears to come from this web-site, and the author's name is David Pratter, and his title is This Land is My Land. This precedes the song itself:

Please note that the author of this song does not believe in domination or colonizing land at all, he just thought up this song for fun. In reality, he really does believe in freedom and unity, and does not force anyone off his own land nor threaten anyone with violence. He believes in non-violence and does not own any firearms. He would also like to see firearms banned, and everyone on earth getting along in peace and harmony!

To conclude the song:

Again, this song is not to be taken seriously, it was just written for fun! Never would the author of this song really say such phrases to you if you ever met him. He does want to see the world become united as one, and no more war on any nations

The website George linked has this statement: "The parody authors spend a lot of time writing parodies for website." It seems to imply that they wrote the material specifically to put on their site. Maybe so, but about 20 years ago (obviously long before anyone had a website) I heard this version:

And many years ago I heard an Alaskan version, I never did learn all the words. I wonder if anyone knows it. I remember:
This land is your land,
It sure ain't my land
From the ice at Barrow
To the Wrangell Narrows,
This land was made for you not me.

(And I live in Alaska, have for many years, don't agree with the words of this one either, but there was a lot in the song that was pretty funny.
As to the original, I think it should be our national anthem.

Ain't that a hoot eh. If I had known at the time the song was so rare I wouldn't have trashed all my old Demento tapes. If you visit the Dr. Demento site I think the song appeared once on an album of favorites.
