Oh, and I had almost forgotten yesterdays blues jam at Archie Edwards Barber Shop. this guy with a banjo sat down right next to me... Man, I had allready set up my guitar stand and was real comfy... Had to move....

Yeah, I reckon most of you know how I feel about capital punishment but.....

The group I play with is lucky- our main banjo player plays sensitively and *never* steps on voices or other instruments. In instrumental leads he will play full bore and it's great. It has a lot to do with personality and character, I think, because he is like that in real life too.

Incidentally, kat, the banjo player I mentioned is "George", the friend who had a bleeding aneurysm a few years ago. He is much more the 'old' George again- still has a problem with short term memory but is improving there too, bless 'im.

Yeah, Ebbie... Even though I moved to the other side of the bajo player thre were acouple imes when I sensitivley nudge him when he was palyin' over the top of someone playing a less amplified insrument and by the end of the day, I think he had figgured out that banjo's is fine... in moderation... Hey, he thanked me???
