68 today and still functioning except for half a lung which gave up on me a few years ago(and, for the record, I have never smoked!)
Not doing anything special today, as we are off to Cornwall in the morning, so we are saving our celebrating until we arrive.
I won't be around for a couple of weeks after today, and will be suffering withdrawal symptoms all the time. back on the 2nd July to hundreds of e-mails offering me Viagra, or the latest 'Genuine Copy Rolex Watches'(Don't you just love these guys!).

Bat Goddess... I agree, it does sound like a song, my muse is working in something else at the moment though, and can't seem to deal with two projects at once.

I remember in my teens counting forward to the year 2000 when I would be 48 (inconceivable & unbelivably old)

Now my oldest friend is 67 & she's certainly not old.
