Well, I generally don't listen to country music but...

Okay, my tape player is broken and I was flippin' thru the stations and came on this song... I think it's called "Gone" 'er "She's Gone"...

There's this line abnout a 59 Cadillac and this chiorus which seems like he's siongin just the word "gone"...

Anyone heard this song and know who does it???

Now THAT.. is perhaps one of the finest songs of forlorn lost love ever recorded. He sings it with such pain in his voice. Ahh.. Ferlin Husky. One of my faves. Any Mudcatters in southern California long to sing duets of songs like that with me? PM me. I have nobody to play music with. The locals I know all Filk instead of Folk.
