If anyone was wondering where Epona was, she is on a course (I think?) in Texas. She has some access but not a lot and pops in to the 'cat every now and again. I'm sure she won't mind me sharing her PM with the rest of the box.

Not feeling very happy with having to go away for weeks it was compounded last Sunday by some old guy running into her almost new car! This is where the luck comes in. The car appears to have been totaly wrecked but Epona herself walked out with minor whiplash and some bruises and burns from the airbags. No-one could believe she walked out of such a wreck at all!

She puts it down to a potted shamrock in the car. I think it is more to do with the Goddess of the horseless carriage:-) Anyhow, I'm sure she would appreciate any messages and contact to cheer her on her way - And if anyone wants to start any other discussions on the fate of the Irish I think she may want to contribute;-)

Haha! Thanks for the good wishes - though I know it was my shamrocks that kept me safe! And a very well-built car (that's was laying in pieces on the highway and is now laying in pieces on the floor of an auto body shop!). If nothing else, it makes a great story!

As another Catter who walked away from a write off , I can sympathise !! Old RAF saying - A good landing is one you walk away from , a PERFECT landing is one which leaves the plane still flyable .

Glad you walked away from your accident. As some people already know, my cousin wasn't so lucky on Friday. The Deities were obviously watching elsewhere. Take care and stay safe.

Glad to hear tou are alright Epona. It could have been a lot worse going by the description of the state of your car.
