At least we have a Supreme Court that values individual freedom and knows that it does not belong in the bedrooms of the nation.

Regardless of what I think is morally right or wrong, the sexual preferences of others matters not unless the sexual act is with a minor or harms others.

I too, am happy to live in a country that is not restricted by biblical interpretations of decency.

All ya gotta do is write the contract correctly and adhere to the law in doing so. Members of a club are not the general public. If no "avails" are paid to the proprietor, no law has been breached. As long as no unforeseen harm befalls a member, it's all legal.

I have engaged in group activities a few times in the past, but I would not join a club to do it! You can never be sure who or what you will find in a setting like that. Maybe Canada doesn't have weirdos and STDs up there.
