It's based on the sort of dream where you aren't prepared and you're out on a big stage with everyone watching. I have a friend (banjo player at the time)who once dreamed he was asked to play at this big concert with a very important band. They started to play and he was told that they always played in "H sharp". He was terrified because he'd never heard of playing in H sharp.
