Well Art,you've done it this time. You've proven your point...the introduction of this thread was the perfect satiric jab at the other "Don't you love it/hate it "threads.Obviously it was designed to engender a smile and not a specific response.Somehow you still got 16 Mudcatters to contribute! And yet,I'm somehow nostalgic for the Halcyon Days of the C*nd*m Thread.

I just think that callin' me apathetic is too single minded. I categorize all of life's endeavors so the memories and experiences can be highlighted now and in the future. After great research, my exhaustive and comprehensive listing of categories for each activity was modified from one by Jim Kunen. Try to stay with me here as I explain.

Eveything in my life can be classified in one of the following categories:

Category I. "Mildly Amusing"
Category II. "Pain in the Ass"

I'd explain further, but this post has just moved from I to II.

Catspaw, if you're apethetic about anything, then I'm a monkey's uncle! "See thread re: lyrics for "I'm a Monkey's Uncle".

Q: What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?

A: I don't know and I don't care.

*grins* I'm apathetic right now. jazz makes me mellow, and I've been in the DJ booth playing jazz all day. :) too bad it's closed circuit radio... sigh...

This thread has been chuning on all week, even the server got in the act. I've been thinking, no that's too strong a word, that I should add to and in the process detract from, and then ah, I dunno, maybe some other time.

hmmm. ... I'm learning, but it's hard. ... Where I live, people seem decidedly apathetic about greeting someone who says hello on the street. ... Gee, that must be the way to live life, but I dunno. ... Teresa
