Lately I spend a grat deal of time scouring YouTube for interesting Folkmusic and FolkSong. Occasionaly - but recently in increasing numbers - I accidently open Videos of Skinheads, KKK and yes the OrangeOrder doing digusting revolting things to innocent people.

According to the New York Times American Skinheads are enlisting in the army, training for light infantry, with plans of joining the race war that they expect to happen someday.
Recruiters used to do their best to keep guys like that OUT of the military. But they're running low on cannon fodder these days. While I have no real objection to skinheads getting themselves killed in Iraq or anywhere else for that matter. I don't like to think of what they'll do before they get themselves blown up.

Being a Glaswegian myself I would not go to a site called "You Tube" simply because when someone calls you "a Tube" in Glaswegian slang they are actually saying your are an idiot or an eegit.* smile*
I am sure you are neither Sorefingers so here's the rub...
Perhaps the best thing you could do would be to spend less time supporting a Site that supports the kind garbage you mention!

You Tube is a wide ranging site which provides access to huge numbers of videos of all kinds -- parodies, musical, comedy, minidramas and so on, mostly submitted by amateurs and occasionally excellent.

To accuse YouTube of supporting skinheaddery or KKK-ism is like accusing the library of supporting violence against whales because they carry "Moby Dick".

I think the real danger is that we want to eradicate these people from our sight. That doesn't serve any purpose but to make them invisible and unknown to us. Sometimes you need to educate yourself by holding your nose and wading in. Let them advertize themselves on youtube. It helps us learn about this potential enemy and to also keep our eye on them.
