Hear this wonderful representative of humanity, hear his music, meet his family and experience his life on the road. Click here: TG4, then click on web TV, then the green bar that says ceol cartlann, then Ceol na bhFánaithe - 06/09/2006. The monumental Margaret Barry is featured on a previous program.

Got this to start playing on my laptop but without the souns. As I've been having recurring problems with audio, I switched to my pc but can't get any response to the "Web TV" button. Have they cut the link?

I found the audio out of synch with my PC as well. I scrolled through the advertisements. It was well worth muddling through.

I have had the privelige of being given a couple of punts by Pecker Dunne, when I was busking in Skibbereen. Likewise a fiver by Ronnie Drew in cork city[ I should have framed it ], both lovely men. Dick Miles

Cap'n

I must say when I first saw the word punt, I had the image Pecker's foot coming up against someone's backside. Then I realised he was putting Irish currency into your music case. Not that Pecker would have done anything of the sort to a busker. No sense framing it. You were better off enjoying it. It makes a better story than a wall-hanging.
