Gee golly, such good ideas.

I thought I was doing pretty good when I gave her a new yarn mop (she'd complained about the one we had was too big and heavy and this one's much lighter) and a new cover for her ironing board (that she'd asked for, so that probably doesn't really count).

I had to go to four different vendors to find one that had an ironing board or a cover. Apparently only quilters need one these days, but even the quilt shop didn't carry them any more?

Being an incurable romantic, I did gift wrap a new set of batteries for her B.O.B., but maybe I should save them for Xmas.(?) (I used pretty generic wrapping paper.)

Was speaking to some friends the other day and he has bought her 7 rolls of wallpaper from B&Q......spent £90.....funily enough we girlies weren't amused!!!!

Joy is a gardener and is surrounded by flowers so why send flowers?

(The marmalade was flavoured with lavender leaf - which was not flowery enough apparently!)
