Seems on that thread there isn't a link where I am able to download the actual tune. The web page for JC Tunefinder link is not available.

Any idea where I can download the actual tune recorded?

We do have the tune at Mudcat MIDIs. It's not the best MIDI I've heard, but it's close. You can right-click the link to download it.
