I dunno, folks. Gibson told me the same thing he told Art, namely that the song was his. Wouldn't be the first time a songmaker was invited to share his composer credits (and royalties) with the artist that made the "hit" of a song he/she had written. Look at the credits for "Thunder Road" (from the movie). Do you really believe that Robert Mitchum co-wrote the song that he sang in the film? I'm dubious! Sandy (the cynic)
