Ah yeah, I realize that. It would just be both fun and helpful to get a fuller picture of what's about (country by country) in a way that is easily accessible - I am only speaking for myself of course(!) and it's quite possible that such a prescribed forum would have no use to anyone else but me...that's why I just thought I'ld float the idea (could well sink/be shot down, but them's the breaks!).
