Yeah - the link Sorcha posted was the one I thought of right away. "When I'm Dead and Gone" was a UK chart hit for a band called McGuinness Flint back in the early 70s.
Tom McGuinness and Hughie Flint were in there, and also notably Graham Lyle and Benny Gallagher, who split off to make up Gallagher and Lyle.
The link posted suggests that Tom McGuinness wrote the song, but I'm pretty sure it was Gallagher and Lyle.
