For my liner notes: What best describes Hayden Wood's song,"Brown Bird Singing"? Is it a tone poem/art song/drawing room ballad? It could hardly be called a pop song, but at the same time I'm sure Mr Woods wrote it with an eye to selling as many copies as he could.Suggestions/answers will be greatly appreciated.
