Time heals all wounds they say......its taken me an age to get over someone and I'm now with someone new and have been for well over a year. But I am still fragile and some aspects of the previous relationship still crop up and I purposely waited a couple of years and was very cautious before I started anything new. What I really want to know is.......why do thoughts of the previous one keep cropping up at odd times?? and how can I stop it spoiling what I have now?
