No one is preventing Bobert or anyone else from making $400,000 a year or $4,000,000 a year. Only himself. If you can't make $400,000 a year in folk music than pick another field or accept that you made the choice to have a low paying job and enjoy the benefits of that choice. (My guess is that Dylan makes $400,000 a year from folk music so maybe it is possible) Here are a few figures from the IRS just so we are all consistant.
