Help!! I've been searching for the mp3 or for this song for days!

I find lots of discussions on it, but nothing else. Looking for it for our Dean of Curriculum because he is going out on knee surgery leave for a couple of months. We're putting together a "joke" basket for him.

Long story behind this song!!
