Does "well groomed" just mean neat and clean, or does it mean wearing makeup, all your hair staying where you put it, dressing nicely (which will certainly imply high heels), etc.? People have different ideas of what are the base for being presentable. Some women won't be seen without there makeup. I don't find it necessary to shave my legs, the amount prettier I feel is not balanced against the amount more effort it is. A lot of people consider that a prerequisite for being presentable, it's just something they do, and it wouldn't occur to them not to.
