"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." How is posting a religious something-or-other on government/public property defined as Congress making a law? It seems to me that individual state constitutions would have to be consulted as well. Next I suppose you'll be wanting them to remove "In God We Trust" from the money.
